Recruitment Team Lead

Job Overview: As a Team Leader in Recruitment Staffing at Jumping Goldfish, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters to ensure the successful delivery of staffing services. You will play a pivotal role in driving team performance, fostering a collaborative environment, and achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Operations, to streamline processes and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Experience in working in a staffing company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3+ Years of experience in Recruiting.
• A minimum of 1.5+ Years of experience in Team leading.
• Experience in Training Interns who have experience of 6 months to 1 year.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical skills like MS Office.
• Experience in working on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and so on.
