Business Development Manager (Recruitment, Staffing & RPO)

Job Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Jumping Goldfish, you will be responsible for identifying & developing new business opportunities, building & maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, creating business strategies. You will also be involved in contract negotiations & collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction & successful project delivery. You will play a pivotal role in driving team performance, fostering a
collaborative environment & achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to onboard companies looking for staffing, recruitment & RPO service provider.
• Approaching & on-boarding clients through various channels, networking & referrals.
• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs & provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Creating proposals, negotiating contracts & closing deals with clients.
• Seeking client feedback on time & using it to improve service delivery & client experience.

Other Responsibilities:

• Provide constructive feedback to team members & clients.
• Fills the lead pipeline by connecting with prospects via LinkedIn & other channels, adding them to our CRM for further engagement.
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing & sales success.
• Ability to meet & exceed sales targets.
• Candidate should be willing to travel for at least 1-2 days each week outside his base location to interact with clients.
• Maintaining record for account management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4+ Years of experience in Business Development at a staffing / RPO company.
• Exceptional proficiency in English communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Proficient in professional email writing.
• Technical skills like Excel, Naukri, LinkedIn, MS Office.

Salary: From ₹45,000.00 per month + Commission & Incentives.
