Job Overview: As a Team Leader in Recruitment Staffing at Jumping Goldfish, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters to ensure the successful delivery of staffing services. You will play a pivotal role in driving team performance, fostering a collaborative environment, and achieving recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Operations, to streamline processes and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Experience in working in a staffing company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ Years of experience in Recruiting.
- A minimum of 1.5+ Years of experience in Team leading.
- Experience in Training Interns who have experience of 6 months to 1 year.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical skills like MS Office.
- Experience in working on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and so on.
